All claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted to us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 10 days after the product has been received. For damaged products please send a picture in your email.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date via the tracking number.
All other return requests will be on a case by case basis since we print these on demand for each and every order.
Each poster is made specifically for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
