RETURNS: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted to us via email (store@calvarycurriculum.com) within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. For damaged products please send a picture in your email.

All other return requests will be on a case by case basis since we print these on demand for each and every order.

CANCEL ORDER / REFUNDS: Since all our posters are a print on demand, once you place your order it goes into production, sometimes within hours. In most cases we can not stop the printing process once you place your order. You can request to cancel your order but we make no promises and there will be a cancelation fee which varies from order to order. 

Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
